[c++] Datei auf einen ftp server laden

Hallo.
Ich will ein Programm schreiben das eine datei (.txt o.ä.) auf einen ftp-Server läd.
Hat jemand sowas schonmal gemacht oda weiß ich ich das anstellen soll ?
