Vielleicht löst sich das Problem, wenn du im Quelltext alle vorhandenen Fehler korrigierst, wie z.B.:

Es fehlt nämlich bei mehreren Weiten- und Höhenangaben innerhalb der style-Attribute die Einheit px (!)
 
frage@michaelsinterface: da habe ich doch gerade an anderer Stelle gelesen, dass man bei Höhen- und Weitenangaben in stylesheets keine Einheit mitgeben sollte. Bei mir hat nämlich die Angabe px für Verwirrungen zwischen IE und Firefox gesorgt. Was ist nun richtig?
 
@helaukoenig: die Einheit px wird nicht in den HTML-Attributen width,height,top,left,right,bottom notiert, also z.B.:

HTML: 
<td width="400" height="200"> ... </td>
Im Stylesheet hingegen wird die Einheit sehr wohl notiert, sofern der Wert größer als 0 ist, also z.B.:

{
width: 400px;
height: 200px;
}
Wird die Einheit nicht im CSS-Code notiert, kann dies zu Darstellungsfehlern in den Browsern führen.
 
So ich habe jetzt überall das fehlende PX ran gehangen, doch es tut sich imemr noch nichts!

Das ganze Design verzieht sich ja nur wenn sich der Content in die länge zieht und Last-News bzw Last Wars...

Ehrlich gesagt kann ich anhand deiner extrem knappen Problemschilderung und der angehängten Grafik nicht nachvollziehen, von welchen Verschiebungen du sprichst?

Die Grafik präsentiert mir, als Außenstehenden, doch nur einen Ausschnitt des Gesamtlayouts. Wo ist der Bezugspunkt? Was soll sich weiterhin wo befinden, wenn die News länger werden?

Den Quelltext eines Tabellenkonstrukts mit hunderten von Tabellenzellen (weil das Design aus 163 Mosaiksteinchen besteht -> es-design_163.jpg) und ebenso vielen rowspan- und colspan- Attributen nach einem vermeintlichen Fehler zu durchsuchen ist, wie ... no comment.

Es empfiehlt sich, solch eine Problemseite mit 'Slicing-Images' online zu stellen, damit die Community einen reelen Blick drauf werfen kann ;)


Nachtrag: hast du schon mal über eine scrollfähige Tabellenzelle für den 'überlangen' Content nachgedacht?
