Kurze Frage:

Was ist da falsch?

$user = $row1['user'];

$text = nl2br($_POST['text']);

$time = time();

$insert = "INSTERT INTO `nickpages` (an, autor, text, time) VALUES ('$npuser', '$user', '$text', '$time' )";

Fehlermeldugn:

You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'INSTERT INTO `nickpages` (an, autor, text, time) VALUES (putz, "

Das heißt "INSERT" nicht "INSTERT"

"INSERT INTO nickpages (`an`, `autor`, `text`, `time`) VALUES ('$npuser', '$user', '$text', '$time' )";

Probiers mal so....
was gibt denn mysql_error aus?

kein Problem...
bei der Hitze kann sowas schnell passieren

1 Frage hätte ich da noch:

$text1 = nl2br($_POST['text']);
$text = strip_tags($text1);

Wiso werden da nicht die /n in <br> umgewandelt?

Um fuer die Nachwelt noch kurz des Raetsels Loesung festzuhalten:
Die Reihenfolge war falsch. Die Linebreaks wurden, wie zu erwarten, mit <br>-Tags versehen, jedoch im naechsten Schritt weggestrippt.
Also: Erst strippen und dann die Linebreaks umwandeln.
