In einem amerik. Forum habe ich eine mögliche Antwort bekommen. Ganze Antwort:

The filmstrip could be a still image with transparent alpha-channel holes to allow underlying tracks to show through.
Individual clips playing in each window in the filmstrip could be scaled and rotated using Motion, possibly with the application of the Wave Warp effect to bend the picture to match better the bend of the filmstrip.
If you want to bend the filmstrip dynamically, then make the basic composite in a separate sequence and apply the warp effect to the whole sequence on the main timeline.
If you are using all stills, then similar work in PhotoShop to produce a composite image would probably be less fiddly than doing it all in Premiere."
Der für mich richtige part ist folgender:

Was ist jetzt die "application of the Wave Warp effect ". Ist das ein Effekt in APP 1.5, der schon enthalten ist (wenn Ja, welcher auf deutsch?) oder ein separater? Vielleicht kann hier noch jemand helfen...?
