✔ IE geht Menü nicht, aber FF schon. Wo liegt das Prob?

Der Fehler ist im Stylesheet und HTML-Markup zu suchen, denn beides für sich alleine läuft nicht im "Backup".
 
Den Fehler im CSS-Code hab ich schon mal ausfindig gemacht:

In den entsprechenden Links der ersten Menüebene fehlt das href-Attribut.
